Steel Sheet
DKP steel sheets enter the line after thickness and surface inspection.
Laser Cutting
Fiber laser cuts body and arm geometries with ±0.1 mm tolerance.
CNC Bending
Press brakes repeat every bend angle programmatically.
Welding
Load-bearing joints are MIG/MAG welded and aligned on fixtures.
Electrostatic Powder Coat
Surfaces are phosphate-bathed, powder coated and cured at 200°C.
Assembly & Final Inspection
Screw kits, lock mechanisms and labeling finish on one line; every batch is load tested.
Nothing leaves the line without carrying 3x its rating
Samples of every series are held under a static load equal to 3 times the declared capacity for 1 hour; permanent deformation is measured.
Welded joints and screw seats undergo periodic pull tests; results are archived by batch number.

DKP Steel Body
Load-bearing parts are made of cold-rolled DKP steel; thickness 1.5–3 mm by series.
Electrostatic Powder Coat
Scratch and corrosion resistant matte black finish; grey option on the cast series.
2+3 Year Warranty
2-year standard warranty; extends to a total of 5 years on the steel body.
