It's the spacing in mm of the 4 mounting holes on the back of the TV (e.g. 400x400). It's in your TV manual; otherwise measure between the holes with a ruler.

Fixed if the screen is at eye level and watched straight on; tilting if it's above eye level; full-motion if it's watched from multiple spots.

Drywall alone is not load-bearing. The bracket must be fixed to the metal stud behind it or to concrete; otherwise we don't recommend installation.

Capacity is the maximum screen weight on the product label. Every series is tested at 3 times its declared rating — still, never exceed the capacity.

Yes. All models include the screws, anchors and hardware needed for installation.

The rope lock is standard on MI/MA series: it locks when the screen seats, releases when the rope is pulled. Fixed series can add an optional bottom-screw lock.

Screen center at seated eye level — around 100-110 cm from the floor in most living rooms. Use a tilting model for high placements.

If you're comfortable with hand tools, fixed models can be installed by two people. For large screens, AAC/drywall walls or ceiling mounts we recommend professional help.

Yes — curved TVs use standard VESA holes too. Just check your TV's VESA pattern and weight.

2-year standard warranty, 5 years on the steel body. It covers material and manufacturing defects, not faulty installation.
